FAQ’s

Delivery is country dependent. We aim to ship all items within 48-72 hours and delivery from then is usually 1-2 weeks but may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Sometimes emails get sent to spam, worry not! You can track your items after 48 hours using our tracking page.

We ship from multiple warehouses so sometimes items may arrive at different times. We also ship out parts of your order if any item(s) are out of stock!

Yes absolutely! However, our orders are processed the same day they are placed so you would need to message us immediately. If your order has been processed you will need to wait for it to arrive and then follow the returns procedure. We will aim to assist in any way we can.

If you'd like to return an item, please email us at info@arias-closet.com with your order number, your full name, address, the name of the item and the reason you'd like to return this and we can get this arranged for you!

Once we receive your return request, we will send your confirmation with a returns form to send with your item.

Please note: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty
